Obe sex can be done at any place at any time. But many of those who are flying solo, like to set the mood before they engage in any type of energy sex.

How do you set the mood?

Candles have always enhanced personal energy and set a certain atmosphere to the area. But with OBE sex, you "tune out" to your surroundings. Not cool if something were to go wrong and you suddenly find your space in flames.

To enhance your energy during OBE (preferable for telepathic or astral sex) wear moldavite or hold it in your hand. Next surround yourself with quartz crystals (at least 3) - pointed towards you. If you feel sick to the stomach or lightheaded - take off the moldavite, put it outside the crystals, and try again. Moldavite takes some getting used to - it's a very powerful stone on it's own. You put it in the middle of energy enhancing crystals and wow!

The energy enhancing isn't recommended for dream sex because with the crystals you won't be able to fall asleep. Kind of defeats the purpose of dreaming.

Long time no see! College and the Sex Coaching Institute have both been keeping me extra busy! Love both - am learning a lot. Even though I've been sex coaching for awhile now I thought it would be a good idea to be certified. I'm having a blast.

A couple of weeks ago I was on the show Beyond Worlds. Had a great time talking about OBE Sex. Like always - there are people who don't beleieve that this is something that is real -- and don't think that you should ask permission first.

I can understand the not real part. Hell, I was a skeptic too until I could keep repeating my results. Still skeptical - I taught other people how to have OBE sex -- once they started having repeat results -- only then did I truly beleive. I'm a skeptic at heart - something has to be proved to me over and over again before I take it as a possiblity.

But I don't get the not asking part. Why in the world would you help yourself to someone's energy first without asking? Would you help yourself to someone's physical body without getting permission first? God I hope not. Just because OBE sex is energy sex and not physical sex doesn't make it right to be inconsiderate, rude or invasive.

There are 3 Basic Ethics in OBE Sex:

1) Never approach anyone you do not know. This includes celebrities.
2) Ask permission if you can engage in OBE sex.
3) If they say "NO",you respect it as you would in the physical world. Disconnect immediately.

It's up to you if you follow the basic ethics or not. But it is good to note that what goes around comes around - the law of karma stands.

There are going to be some big changes coming up here at Out of Body Ecstasy. I'm pretty excited! There will be forums and a way for like-minded people to hook up. It's all good. Keep an eye on the site for the changes.

Telepathic sex takes some effort - you need to put some thought into it.

Telepathic = mind = energy.

That's always the way it's been done - I never thought differently. Until today.

Oh yeah -- there's always something that blindsides me with OBE....this time it was all about connective sexual exploration.

I have a friend, Kevin, who I haven't seen in about 20 years. We've always had a decent relationship - even if he has broken my  heart in the past. Whenhe called and said he'd be in town - join him for a drink and let's catch up. I told myself that I'd have to be careful -- we've always had a strong sexual pull -- we're talking super glue strong. So I took a deep breath and said - sure.

The evening was fun. We had a good time talking (and talking only mind you) about a variety of topics. He is interested in OBE - wanted to know if I could teach him how. Well Kevin has some amazing psychic gifts of his own - one is the ablity to telepathiclly connect. I thought - hey this should be fun.

Oh hell no - not this time. At last count it was 9 times today. NINE. He would email me - I him - and ask if we were messing with one another. Nope - stopped doing that hours ago. That's when it dawned on me that all we have to do is connect. So I threw the wall up around me after the last release - and the sexual energy was no more. Phew! And it stayed that way until...

....I sent him an email. Boom! Here we go again. So I realized two things:

1) It's possible to have telepathic sex without putting in any sexual effort.
2) It's possible to connect with someone without even trying to connect.

So many possiblities - so little time.

Here's an OBE sex story that a reader wanted to share. Enjoy:)

I should preface by saying the guy I have had my experiences with and I go through periods of no talking and right after the first experience he contacted me after two weeks of not talking to me.

So I haven't quite got the astral projection thing down yet, so I figured I would try to send images to my guy since I couldn't talk to him. Mainly an experiment. So what I did is I used quartz crystal and a photo of him and focused on the experience. feeling, and seeing it all as if he were with me. I couldn't believe how real this all felt to me the entire time, more than just a fantasy but I felt like I actually conjured it with my mind.

The second experience I tried to use your suggestions in building the energy field and letting it expand until we were both in it. Then I imagined us hiking in the woods. I could feel the mossy ground. I could hear the birds and animals. All the sudden he came up behind me and before I could think had my shorts off and had me against a tree. There was not much imagery in this one because it was very fast and hard but I felt it like it was really happening. I actually had a pretty amazing orgasm in real life when I did in the experience. I think at this point I accidently released energy to him that he felt. He was not exactly happy about it.

Telepathic sex...I decided to do a telepathic experiment today. Since most of my sexual escapes are with men that I cannot pickup a phone and say "Hey" to, I decided to send telepathic messages instead. In these messages I told them to have telepathic foreplay with me within the next 60 min. I didn't say what kind of foreplay or how long. Just that they give it a go. I wanted to see how well a telepathic suggestion played out - if it did at all. The three men I approached were Vincent, Will and Bill. I knew that I'd be able to tell who was who because of their energy signatures.

It took about 3 minutes for something to begin. I felt a tingle on my neck - right in the back by the nape where it just so happens to be my weak spot. The energy sensation quickly spread throughout my neck - up to lips. It was more of a tingled pressure on my lips (if that makes any sense). At first I thought this was Will - but it wasn't - it was Vincent. He was tugging at my mind (so to speak) so that I would engage in telepathic sex with him. I told him no - not now - but to find me tonight during dream time. He left.

About 30 seconds after he left - the same spot on my neck got that loving feeling again. It was a soft, gentle kiss on my neck that caused this sensation. From the softness of the energy - I knew this was Bill. I felt some tingles on my left cheek and then he was gone.

20 minutes later I feel a tug on my right ear lobe. Energy wrapped itself around me and the tug on my mind to make a strong connection was overwhelming. Soft breath was felt on my right ear, hands on my shoulders - rubbing the tense muscles. I had to check twice to make sure no one was actually here and that this wasn't an astral visit. I was definitely alone in my office. The kisses moved to my neck - they were strong, passionate eager. I knew as soon as my ear lobe was touched that this was Will. No one packs such a punch with the sexual connection as he does. I kept getting pulled into a deeper connection where Will and I were in a hotel room. I had to keep pulling myself back out as I told Will that I didn't want this - all I asked for was the foreplay. He gave me a deep kiss (a deep kiss telepathically feels kind of odd because you can feel their tongue in your mouth) and told me that when I want to finish this - to ask for him. And with that he left.

I would have to say that my telepathic foreplay experiment worked. Of course it would be helpful if I could pick up the phone and talk to these guys - but since I can't, this will have to do.

Why don't you give telepathic foreplay a chance with someone your with? All you have to do is to imagine yourself with them - that's it. Close your eyes and imagine that you are standing right in front of them - feel the surroundings, the atmosphere, feel yourself - kissing them, caressing them...stroking them...feel the sensations. Then -- see where it gets you later on that evening with them. Is sex on the agenda? Or they more playful than normal? To tell them what you tried is up to you...I would think that most people when approached by the subject would just want to see if it works. Maybe you can test it out on each other? Would be a fun way to spend one of your breaks at work.

Dream sex -- I'm surprised at the number of people who love to bash me (not to my face mind you) because of this OBE activity. I have been called everything but what I really am: a woman stuck in the center of Amish Hell.

I'm not one who really gives a damn who says what about me. I never have been. After you picture your intended partner in your mind - make sure you can see that person clearly. Place then in the surroundings you feel they should be in - if they wear a certain scent, smell it. Have your imagination fully engaged in the connection.

When you are ready to end the connection - simply pull back the white or gold energy.

I had a nice telepathic sex encounter the other day. I was at my computer working on a screenplay, when I felt someone kissing my face. I knew who those telepathic lips belonged to - Will. And I was all too happy to enter into a telepathic connection with him.

Out of body sex - I rolled out of bed today thinking about the subject and I've been talking about it ever since. Not that I mind talking about OBE sex - or heck - sex. But today seemed to have an overflow of questions and situations. I've been working with a couple of people today on with their Sexual Advice Plans and a Sexual Coaching client. The main theme that is running though these clients is that they all have a need to use sex toys/oils during telepathic sex, but when they try to use the toy during the sexual connection, the connection is lost or at the least interrupted.

Why is that? Because they are using the toys as an add on and not as part of the actual experience. They have to take a "time out" while they position and/or insert the toy or put on the oil and that's what yanks them out of the connection. Using toys like this during a fantasy also interrupts the flow of things.

So what's one to do?

How can you have telepathic sex or a fantasy and not lose the rhythm when you introduce sex toys into the picture?

Simple. Be prepared.

During physical sex, would you stop mid-go in order to grab a condom, unwrap it and put it on? No - you would be prepared and have that baby either out of the wrapper already (and sitting near by for quick application) or you'd at least have the package open and within reach. Because come on - if you're not prepared- it interrupts the flow. Maybe that's just me? But I doubt it.

If you are going to use oils during OBE sex or a fantasy: put the oil on her fingertips before the connection happens. It also helps if you are already naked. When the moment arrives during the connection where the oil needs applied - let your fingers do the walking. No interruptions with getting the oil on your fingers - no bumps in the orgasmic flow.

Now if you want to use sex toys - this is really where a male or female fuck machine (an actual machine, not a person) comes in handy. All you would have to do is have it in position and press a button when ready. But it's a hefty price tag and precisely why I don't own one -- yet. So anyways - normal sex toys.....

Have vibrators on and position before the connection starts - this also goes for dildos, anal plugs and Fleshlights (or any male masturbation toy). Nipple clips, nipple suckers - have in your hands. When the time is right, you'll be able to use the sex toys without the an interruption with the flow.

Need to add lube before you use the toy? In one hand have the lube on your fingers already - in the other hand have your sex toy. When the time is right - apply the lube, then use the toy. Bam - boom - just like that.

I was working on my "Out of Body Ecstasy" book and found myself in need of a sexual break. Not having anyone in particular today to connect telepathicly to - I decided to connect to an unknown or random partner. The partner I was looking for I wanted to have the physical qualities of Sawyer from "Lost". I focused my intent and saw a man who had the same hot good looks as Sawyer - although he was not the actor who plays Sawyer. His wall of protection was up and I didn't try to move in to have a stronger connect. He sensed me and asked who I was - I told him and also said why I was there and that I would also simply go away if that's what he wanted.

He wanted me to stay -thought it was "cool" that I found him. I strengthened the telepathic connection, I could feel his body tremble at the heightened energy that was now connected to him. He asked what was he supposed to do. I told him to pretend that I was physically there in front of him - what would he do to a woman who he was sexually attracted to and who was open to sexual advances? He gave that smile like - duh, I'd kiss her. And that's exactly what he did. With a slight hesitation (kind of like - I can't believe I'm about to do this), he leaned in and kissed me on the lips. He pulled back and commented that it was nice. I smiled and said - well let's try this....I held the back of his head and pulled him to me - as our lips touched, he allowed my tongue to explore the outside of his lips, the inside of his lips and then his mouth -- it was a good kiss. When I pulled back - he smiled for a spilt second, then grasped my head and pulled me to him again. When our mouths met - there was a deep - hungry passion. Out of body sex - this morning I opened my email and had over 10 emails asking either how to engage in telepathic, dream or astral sex - and/or if OBE sex is real. I can understand why some have a hard time believing that OBE sex is something real because many people tend not to believe in things, ideas or notions of items they cannot see or feel with their physical hands. The thing with OBE sex and OBE is general is that it deals with energy and our energy body. We may not be able to "see" our energy body with the naked eye - but we can feel our energy. Don't believe me? Try this...

Hold your hands up at chest level, approximately six to eight inches apart palms facing one another.

Can you feel the heat exchange between them?

Next - bend the fingertips on your right hand (as if you were giving a slight wave) upward and downward towards the left palm. Now close your eyes and repeat this process. Can you feel a warm cool or tingly feeling in your left palm?

Move your left hand back a few inches and now move your right fingertips from left to right towards the left palm. Still feel the sensation? That's energy.

Need more?

Stick out the hand you do not write with - palm up. Use your imagination and create a white ball of energy over the palm of your hand - having it hover 2 to 3 inches above the palm. Feel the tingling in the middle of your palm? That's energy.

And that's all OBE and OBE sex is - the exchange of energy. OBE sex isn't a way of life that is only intended for those naturally gifted on OBE - it's for anyone because everyone has two things: an energy body and an imagination. That's all you need. No fancy equipment, music or drugs. There's no reason on Earth why everyone could not have a satisfying sex life.

The easiest way to get started with OBE sex is to allow yourself to telepathically connect to someone via what I call an intense day dream. Close your eyes and imagine someone you'd like to have sex with - make sure this is a person you actually know - celebrities or strangers will not work - unless (you knew this was coming) you knew this person in a previous life or you at least have made eye contact in this life. Our energy body has a natural shield that keeps "unknowns" out.

Really allow yourself to imagine this person - what they would be wearing, what location they would be in, how they would smell, what they would be doing...etc....once you can hold that picture of them in your imagination - allow yourself to kiss them. Keep kissing - touching - feeling - taking note on how your body is responding to what you are doing. They should respond back with kiss and touching as well. Kisses will deepen, touching will accelerate - just as if they were right in front of you. Let your lips wander along their body - let their lips wander on yours.

When you've had enough foreplay - you can either end the day dream as you would any other time you end day dreams - just pull yourself out of it. Or if you want to try to keep moving forward - go head. See yourselves taking off each other's clothes, engaging in oral play or intercourse. You can engage in anything you want to in this connection as you would in the physical reality. When you're finished - stop the day dream. Note how your body feels. Are you turned on? Were you able to have an orgasm? Or do you have to take matters into your own hands?

The other person, if they do not know that telepathic sex is going on, will still feel something. They will be horny without knowing why. Their energy body can respond back in an unconscious fashion - they do not have to know that they are responding. So while you know consciously what's going on - they may not - but their body will still react.

Once you get good at telepathic sex, your 15 min work break could take on a whole new meaning!

OBE Sex - now I know last week I had to decrease my sexual energy because it was way to much out there - even for me. But stick with me.

I had a feeling that my friend Sean and I were going to have another OBE sex experiment. To prepare for it - I decided to come up with an oil to not only make the OBE connection stronger, but to give it more juice. I know - sometimes I'm a bit crazy - aren't I?

My first thought was that I had some really small Moldavite's here that weren't being used - -then I mulled over what oils I had and decided to use: Mugwort, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine. Patchouli with a base oil of Almond.

Moldavite Madness

1/8 cup Almond Oil
9 drops Mugwort
6 drops Ylang Ylang
6 drops Patchouli
3 drops Jasmine
1 Moldavite chip (very small stone - trust me - larger is just too much energy)

Mix all together by swirling the liquid after each add. If you don't use it all - store in a dark bottle (with a cap) away from sunlight and heat.

Places to apply:

Astral & Dream Sex: Middle of your feet and your palms, third eye, top of your skull
Telepathic Sex: Middle of your feet and your palms, third eye, above the top of each of your ear lobes...right on your skull

I applied it for telepathic sex and waited to hear what Sean would say. Sure enough when I said it was time for my shower - he said he was going to jump in and help:)

While I was taking off my clothes to get in the shower - I could feel someone behind me - I turned around twice, knowing full well no one was there -- but still.

Last weekend when I was chatting in the OBE Sex workshop - people were curious about race, gender during the obe and how do you know who it is exactly that you are engaging in obe sex with?

During an OBE experience - whether it is for sex or just to travel - it's our energy bodies that are doing the OBE. Because of this we are able to shift our appearance from what we look like in our human bodies to anything we want. We can be a male or female (as we've been both in past lives) we can be any race we choose (again in every life we will each get to live in a different race - some more than once).

But even though we can change our physical or energy appearance - there are two things we cannot alter and that follows us not only in the OBE world, but from lifetime to lifetime:

1) Our eyes. The shape may change - the size - but never the color or the glint of our eyes when someone looks into them. Since each of our soul's are unique - we each have a unique glint.

2) Our energy signatures. We each carry a different energy print - much like a fingerprint - no two are alike. I found this interesting that this same principle was applied in a recent episode of FRINGE.

The above is handy to know if you have protected yourself against a certain person, but the change their appearance, gender and/or race and try to make contact again. Your energy will immediately know that this person is not cool and the walls of protection will come up. Same applies if you are looking for someone. You hone in on their unique energy frequency - if you two have ever shared energy in this life (talking, being in the same room, dreaming together) or in past lives, then your energy will already have theirs in memory. It's easier to hone in that way instead of searching for someone blindly.

Telepathic sex - it has such a way of interfering with my day. Not that I'm complaining THAT much -- but still...

Here I am minding my own business - trying to get caught up after my Universal Light Expo weekend and BAM...damn that Will. His energy is very strong today - wow - I'm guessing he's missed me. I got slammed out of left field this morning with some telepathic sex/foreplay. Bob, someone new in my energy field, had just been hanging back - being protective. Will made a surprise appearance -- well, I should say several - over the last week or two. This morning when my alarm went off I was in the middle of a dream visit with him. I've been trying an experiment this last week - and I must say - it's worked out just peachy:) If you have ever read this blog before, you'll know that I prefer telepathic sex over astral or dream sex -- just because it is easier to remember what has happened. And besides - feeling the orgasm in the physical body is just great:)

Okay - so what have I been doing? Experimenting with my chakra's - the sacral chakra & throat chakra. The sacral chakra is located two inches below your belly button and two inches into the pelvis. The qualities that this chakra embraces are your well-being, sexuality, sensuality, pleasure and abundance. The throat chakra is located at the base of your throat (both internal and external) in the soft spot where it reaches the collar bone. The qualities that this chakra embraces are your will, communication, creativity, truthfulness and integrity.

You open up and activate both chakra's prior to OBE sex (telepathic sex especially) and it enhances an already orgasmic experience.

Here's some basic chakra steps to take before you begin an OBE sex experience:

1. Imagine a large orange pyramid over your lower abdomen.

2. Have the pyramid rotate and move it into your abdomen.

3. As the pyramid enters your abdomen (and sacral chakra) imagine an orange circle on your abdomen. As the pyramid spins, the orange circle grows.

4. As the orange circle grows - imagine the black gunk (negative emotions, attachments, beliefs, etc..) exiting the orange circle and floating off.

9. As the turquoise blue circle grows - imagine the black gunk (negative emotions, attachments, beliefs, etc..) exiting the turquoise blue circle and floating off.

10. Do this until the turquoise blue circle and turquoise blue pyramid are the same size -- and the turquoise blue circle is a vibrant turquoise blue.

Now connect telepathically or via astral or dream. The energy is really explosive.

Telepathic sex is a wondrous thing. Out of all of the OBE sex methods, this is still my favorite. Especially when it comes to OBE foreplay. The last two days Will has really been in my energy space. I'm not one to complain - I of course can think of other areas of my personal space I wish he was in! But anyways - two days in a row - from about 11:30 am to 4:00 pm, he has been all over me energy wise. I could feel hands on my back, on my shoulders - lightly touching. Boy - let me tell you -- I never knew it was so difficult to have OBE sex when you're writing about it. I figure - if I'm writing about a subject I love to indulge in - I should get a hankering to have some. Heck no. The opposite happened last week - and most of the weekend. I was on the Maria Shaw Show this morning (http://www.Psychiconair.com) chatting about OBE sex -- my favorite topic. One thing I was trying to make clear is that during telepathic sex, if a person does not want you in their energy - you're not going to get there - period. We all have a natural shield that keeps unwanted energies out. So if you're thinking about having your way with your favorite celebrity - forget about it! It won't work. Besides - it's just plain rude to try - never forget that karma is a bitch!

Because of what I do for a living - I come in contact with many people that I know -- and of course - don't know. I changed the time I get my shower from the morning to the evening and I think that'll screw up my OBE time with Will - but I'm not positive. This past weekend was too work-oriented to get much OBE sex in, but it did let me refine a telepathic sex exercise.

This works best if you already have a physical sex partner - it doesn't matter if they believe in OBE or telepathic sex or not - although it is helpful if they do.

1. Close your eyes and imagine your sex partner. If you do not have anyone - imagine someone you would like to have sex with that is within reason and accessible to talk to.

2. Once you have that person centered in your thoughts and you can really imagine them - how they talk, dress, look, smell, etc.....hold it there for a minute.

3. Pick a place on their body you'd like to lick. Yes, I said lick. Good spots are the center of the back, side on the neck, ear lobe. Try to keep the sexual places like nipples, clit and penis for another time.

4. Once you pick the place, imagine yourself licking them there - repeatedly. Do this for 3 minutes.

5. Break the connection

The next time you talk to them, find out in your own special way if it felt like something was licking their neck, ear, back and/or if they felt any sensations at all.... If this was your sexual partner and you two agreed to do this, share experiences.

The goal of this exercise is to get you to telepathically connect - hold that connection - and perform a sexual act without it being overly sexual. The next time you try this - up the minutes and try a different part of their body (but keep from being overly sexual). Do not do this on celebrities or on people you do not know - that is just plain rude. The same rules apply in the OBE world and they do in the physical world.

Sex...the final frontier. Or so it seems in Allie's world;) With some of the emails I get I wonder if I've set out on an exploration that not many have had the good fortune to discover. I'm convinced that one of my life paths is to teach people how to have better sex lives by utilizing OBE sex. The last several days have found Will and I engaged in a telepathic sex warfare. And I say warfare because it's like we are springing sneaky attacks on one another telepathically. For instance - yesterday I was at my mom's minding my own business when BAM - I telepathically felt him slam me up against a wall and kiss me hard. The last 12 hours or so, Will has been kissing my neck - energy wise. But I don't think he knows he's doing it. Because it's random - where in my neck he kisses and the sporadic nature of it just isn't the conscious norm of him. He's very matter-of-fact when he knows he's doing something. But I do know it's him. He, Bill and Ted have their own energy feel to them and with that - they always feel different, even if it's a slight difference. And it can't be anyone but those three and Matt, because I've locked out everyone else.

But here's the basic plan:

1. Imagine a wall growing up out of the ground, surrounding you, and climbing until it reaches over your head and locks together. So that you are in encased in an upside down energy test tube (for lack of a better way to describe it). This wall can be out of any material you like - I personally like a nice thick ice wall so that light can still shine through.

2. Now in this wall you can cut doors for as many people that you would like to let through - I have 4.

3. Over each door, put something that is characteristic to each energy that is allowed to come to you. For me - since I know their names - that is what graces each doorway. When you are imagining whatever characteristic it is over each door, really imagine that soul's energy and allow the emotions that this particular energy brings you to permeate your body. Once those intense feelings are gone - you know that the doorway is programmed for that energy only to pass through.

4. If someone falls out of favor with you - then you can tear down their door. Or if someone else comes along later- you can add their door.

It's a very effective technique that has yet to let me down. I find that it works the best for telepathic sex - although it hasn't failed in either astral or dream sex. However in astral or dream sex I simply tell a person or energy to leave me alone and that normally works. If it doesn't, that's when I throw up the wall around me and block them out.
