Obe sex can be done at any place at any time. But many of those who are flying solo, like to set the mood before they engage in any type of energy sex.

How do you set the mood?

Candles have always enhanced personal energy and set a certain atmosphere to the area. But with OBE sex, you "tune out" to your surroundings. Not cool if something were to go wrong and you suddenly find your space in flames.

That said - there is something you can do in order to get that candle vibe -- they sell "fake" candles that run on batteries. I know what you're thinking -- these things can't possibility work. Oh...but they do:)

If you're into scented candles - you can instead burn some incense or use some essential oils in a diffuser. Even if you're not into scented candles - the sense of smell works wonders for OBE. Some scents that set the mood (both for OBE and physical sex): Ylang-Ylang, Ginger, Patchouli, Orange, Neroli and Lime.

With the fake candles and the wondrous scent in the air - you can also add a couple of fluffy pillows to relax upon. To round out the mood - a small fountain.

To enhance your energy during OBE (preferable for telepathic or astral sex) wear moldavite or hold it in your hand. Next surround yourself with quartz crystals (at least 3) - pointed towards you. If you feel sick to the stomach or lightheaded - take off the moldavite, put it outside the crystals, and try again. Moldavite takes some getting used to - it's a very powerful stone on it's own. You put it in the middle of energy enhancing crystals and wow!

The energy enhancing isn't recommended for dream sex because with the crystals you won't be able to fall asleep. Kind of defeats the purpose of dreaming.

I had a sex coaching client last week who was up in arms about the dreams she was having. "I don't understand it Allie - she said - I keep having these sexual dreams with a man I don't know. I wake up, look over and my boyfriend is fast asleep. I'm turned on but it wasn't my boyfriend who sexuality stimulated me. I feel guilty....am I cheating on him?"

This client came to me because she wasn't feeling like a sexual woman any longer. Work, pressure from her family and other stresses have shut her down. Not being sexual has taken it's toll on her relationship with her live-in boyfriend of 2 years. She loves him and she knows she'll lose him if she doesn't get her sexual appetite back. The guilt she feels from having dream sex with an unknown man only makes her inability to have sex with boyfriend worse.

I explained to my client that cheating is in the eyes of the beholder as it means different things to different people. Some say physical sex only is cheating - others say online, chat room or phone sex is cheating. Very few say dream or OBE sex is cheating (myself included).

Why?

We are all sexual beings. Even when we do not feel like having sex, our energy craves the boast our energy field gets after an orgasm. When stressed or preoccupied, our brain buries the impulse to want sex which makes the body crave it more. The longer we deny the orgasmic release and subsequent energy boast, the more shut down we feel. It's a vicious circle that only we can break free from.

So what does this have to do with dream/OBE sex not being a form of relationship cheating?

Everything and nothing at all. Obe sex is designed to help one feed their energy the sexual boast it craves. Obe sex is the meeting of two or more energies to engage in sexual stimulation. There are no physical body parts that merge no is there any private, personal information that is exchanged. 


If you are with someone in a relationship but having OBE sex with someone else - as long as it doesn't go beyond the OBE world it's not cheating.

The client and I talked longer about how she could use the sexual stimulation she gets from her dreams. When she wakes up after the next dream sex encounter, she should roll over towards to her boyfriend and wake him up -- in any sexual manner she wishes. This way the dream sex will have an orgasmic conclusion for both of them. If she knows that her boyfriend needs to get up soon or is too ill to have sex, then it's perfectly fine to masturbate and get the relief on her own. The more she feeds her energy field with orgasmic sexual energy, the less her brain will suppress the urge to get that energy - therefore the less stress will be caused by not being a sexual being. The less stress, the more the energy field will expand, the higher the energy level, the more sex she will want to have (a nice handy side effect). This is the type of cycle one wants.

My client called me this morning. She followed my advice and her sexual relationship with herself and with her boyfriend has improved tenfold. While it's not where they both want it yet -- they are on the right track!

Long time no see! College and the Sex Coaching Institute have both been keeping me extra busy! Love both - am learning a lot. Even though I've been sex coaching for awhile now I thought it would be a good idea to be certified. I'm having a blast.

A couple of weeks ago I was on the show Beyond Worlds. Had a great time talking about OBE Sex. Like always - there are people who don't beleieve that this is something that is real -- and don't think that you should ask permission first.

I can understand the not real part. Hell, I was a skeptic too until I could keep repeating my results. Still skeptical - I taught other people how to have OBE sex -- once they started having repeat results -- only then did I truly beleive. I'm a skeptic at heart - something has to be proved to me over and over again before I take it as a possiblity.

But I don't get the not asking part. Why in the world would you help yourself to someone's energy first without asking? Would you help yourself to someone's physical body without getting permission first? God I hope not. Just because OBE sex is energy sex and not physical sex doesn't make it right to be inconsiderate, rude or invasive.

There are 3 Basic Ethics in OBE Sex:

1) Never approach anyone you do not know. This includes celebrities.
2) Ask permission if you can engage in OBE sex.
3) If they say "NO",you respect it as you would in the physical world. Disconnect immediately.

It's up to you if you follow the basic ethics or not. But it is good to note that what goes around comes around - the law of karma stands.

There are going to be some big changes coming up here at Out of Body Ecstasy. I'm pretty excited! There will be forums and a way for like-minded people to hook up. It's all good. Keep an eye on the site for the changes.

Dream sex -- OMG I love it! Seriously. Even when life has me so damn busy that I forget not only my phone number but my last name (yes - both happened), I can still enjoy some dream orgasmic bliss.

Vincent stopped by for a dream encounter. I happened to be in an outdoor market - looking over some fruit and vegetables. Reminded me of the Santa Monica farmer's market. Dream sex - what a way to spend a night! Even if the guy I was with wasn't really my type. Background to my dream: as you know, I'm back in college. Last semester, one of the guys in class invited me to a frat party. I asked him if he realized I'm the same age as his mother - his reply - so?

I was flattered but turned him down. Sure I could of drank the guy under the table but me and a drunk horny college guy - I may have been temped to take advantage of the situation. But anyways, on to the dream....

1 Non-metal bowl
1 Blue or Yellow Pouch or Cloth
1 Thread/Ribbon if Cloth used

You can mix everything first in a non-metal bowl and then place it in the sachet - or you can drop everything into the sachet and mix right in there. I've always liked mixing the herbs by hand (instead of using a spoon). Every once in awhile I like to gently squeeze the sachet to wake up the herbs.

Once you make the sachet - it's good for 3 months. You can bury the herbs and reuse the sachet & stone for the next batch.

Dream sex is well - like a dream. Unless you get short changed - then it's a sexually frustrated nightmare. This is what happened to me the other night. In the dream, I was in New Orleans. I watched a woman walk out of a bank - I knew she own the bank. I tried to go up to her and tell her how I can help her save her bank. She wanted nothing to do with a psychic - so she turned and left.

I wound up at her home. I walked in and cornered her. Look - I said - if you want to save your bank (which only had 2 branches and was owned by her family - old money) I know someone who can help. Last weekend when I was chatting in the OBE Sex workshop - people were curious about race, gender during the obe and how do you know who it is exactly that you are engaging in obe sex with?

During an OBE experience - whether it is for sex or just to travel - it's our energy bodies that are doing the OBE. Because of this we are able to shift our appearance from what we look like in our human bodies to anything we want. We can be a male or female (as we've been both in past lives) we can be any race we choose (again in every life we will each get to live in a different race - some more than once).

But even though we can change our physical or energy appearance - there are two things we cannot alter and that follows us not only in the OBE world, but from lifetime to lifetime:

1) Our eyes. The shape may change - the size - but never the color or the glint of our eyes when someone looks into them. Since each of our soul's are unique - we each have a unique glint.

2) Our energy signatures. We each carry a different energy print - much like a fingerprint - no two are alike. I found this interesting that this same principle was applied in a recent episode of FRINGE.

The above is handy to know if you have protected yourself against a certain person, but the change their appearance, gender and/or race and try to make contact again. Your energy will immediately know that this person is not cool and the walls of protection will come up. Same applies if you are looking for someone. You hone in on their unique energy frequency - if you two have ever shared energy in this life (talking, being in the same room, dreaming together) or in past lives, then your energy will already have theirs in memory. It's easier to hone in that way instead of searching for someone blindly.

I know it's been far to long since I posted here - sorry about that. I've been too busy to post much of anything anywhere.
