Sexual energy survey to your left <-------- if you could please take it, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm using it in my book on sexual energy. No worries - it's a blind survey - I have no idea who answers what question what way.

Astral pregnancy. What is it? How do you get it? Is it real? And what does it mean?

In the last month I received three emails on this subject - so I thought I'd touch on it here.

What is astral pregnancy? It is when your astral energy body becomes pregnant with a child.

Can this only happen to women? No

How do you get pregnant in the astral realm? It's not as it is in the physical realm. Sperm does not meet an egg. There's no actual sex going on. Instead an astral energy attaches itself to you.

What does it mean? It can mean one of two things: either the astral energy/baby is waiting to be conceived and born by you in this life (actual birth if you are female and sperm donor if male) or it is content to be by your side in this life, even if it means just on the astral side.

How do you know if you are astral pregnant? You display all the symptoms but the actual physical baby being inside. Men - you too get all the symptoms women get when they are pregnant including the hormonal changes and weight gain.

Why can a man get pregnant too? Because in the astral realm we are all just energy/souls. Gender types (male, female) are for humans.

What can you do to severe the tie/break the pregnancy? No one wants to walk around feeling like they are pregnant but not actually being pregnant. So you or your partner can actually get pregnant - or you can ask Archangel Micheal to cut the ties that bind and then ask Archangel Raphael to heal the wound. If you do not want to bring angels into the mix - you can imagine yourself cutting the ties and letting the baby go. Then you will want to do energy exercises to strengthen your energy field back up & fix that energy wound.

What affects your energy body effects your physical body - not the other way around. This goes not only for OBE sex or astral pregnancy, but happiness, sadness, colds, flu, cancer, heart disease, etc...

Even more yummy when the other person knows it's you and what you are doing:) So what if you're sitting there at work or maybe in class and all of sudden you feel -- a bit different? How do you know that someone has approached you for OBE sex or a better way to put it, telepathic sex?

One moment you're minding your own business and the next you are sexually turned on.
Not only do you notice the physical side effects of being sexually turned on - but now you also notice that your mind is wandering to a sexual image. This image may be of the person who is sexing you or it is an image of a fantasy that you associate with sex.
You feel pressure or tingling somewhere on your body - at first usually it is the lips - but it can also be your chest, neck, inner thigh or groin area.
No matter how you turn your thoughts to something else - it keeps going back to sex.

Astral sex is hot these day. I think it's so flipin` cool (err hot) that people are getting turned on to it!

There are two methods to have astral sex:

with an astral partner
as you are orgasmic with a physical partner

With an astral partner you are normally by yourself at a comfortable, yet secure, location (usually a bedroom with a locked door). Once you astral separate with sex on your mind - then you will be taken to those who can help you out with that. Can you go to a specific energy for astral sex? Sure - provided you know that person and they say yes.

Yes - astral sex still has to be consensual or it is a form of astral rape and that is a serious no-no. Will the astral police come after you and lock up your astral self if this happens? No. However, your energy vibe will lower and you'll be running around with the more negative crowd. So not cool. The energy you bring into yourself via astral travel/sex, will transfer to your physical life. Hang with the lower energies in the astral realm as you will find that is who you will attract in physical realm.

Will negative entities try to have sex with you as you are ascending to higher energy levels? Yes. Like you would on the street, you simply ignore them and keep traveling.

When you astral travel you always want to think about the highest plane of existence that you have clearance to travel to. You travel there faster and therefore avoid most of the lower level energies. One place lower energies are always found is right when you astral separate.

Our physical plane is very low on the energy layer totem pole. So after you separate it's always good to get the hell out of dodge. While you can travel to someone here on Earth - you will still be on the same energy plane that you were when you separated. Make sense?

Now having astral sex with your physical partner right there is fricken mind blowing. The easiest time any of us have to experience astral sex is when we are having a physical orgasm. Our energy field is at it's highest level and it is mighty expansive at that point in time. If you and your partner are astral travelers anyways - as you both hit orgasm, astral separate and join together right there. The astral sex lasts for only a split second - but when you combine it with the simultaneous physical orgasm - there is absolutely nothing like it. It's a high well worth the practice/trouble it takes to be able to achieve it. I'm putting together a DIY couple workshop for exactly this. I hope to have it out by the end of the year.

OBE Sex Equals A Better Physical Sex Life!

I'm working on a new line of OBE sex products. Oils, incense and spritzers to help people connection OBE style and other products for OBE sex. I've been mixing - blending - testing. That's why I haven't been around here much. I'm working on OBE but it's more on the product side as opposed to writing. I'm hoping by the holiday's I will have some of the products up on the site for purchase.

Last weekend I was at the Universal Light Expo in Columbus, Ohio. I had a talk about sexual energy. Many people came up to me and asked where was my book on the topic. I thought - the same place my OBE sex book is - dabbled with on my computer.

Not cool.

So I am committing myself to have the OBE sex and sexual energy books written by the start of 2012 and published by next Oct. Even if I have to self-publish - I'm going to do it.

I did have an interesting question posed to me over last weekend - I was asked....what is the practical application of OBE sex? Why involve yourself in OBE sex if there is no physical sex?

Good question. Why would you?

Answer: By engaging in OBE sex you energize your energy body which in turn strengthens your sexual energy which equals longer physical sex sessions and stronger orgasms.

Do you want to have increased sexual energy, stronger orgasms and a better connection with your partner? Then OBE sex is your friend :)

Besides - by engaging in OBE sex foreplay - you and your partner can get turned off enough during your time apart that once you two are in the same place again you'll both already be highly turned on :)

OBE Sex - Astral Masturbation and Day Dream Sex!

Astral masturbation. I had someone email me and ask if you can physically masturbate while you are engaged in astral sex?

Unfortunately no.

Why?

Because you have to be consciously aware of what you're doing as you masturbate. Whether your hand is moving up and down your penis or rubbing your clit or even moving the vibrator in and out of your vagina -- you have to be consciously aware on some level that you are doing those activities.

And to be consciously aware of your body, on any level, keeps your astral body firmly in your - well - body.

So what's a person to do? Well dream sex with masturbation is out -- as you have to be asleep - asleep for dream sex.

Unless...

You allow yourself to engage in a form of day-dream sex. It's not quite dream sex nor is it telepathic sex.

What happens here is that you can either read erotic material 1st or as you masturbate (such as erotic audio or film) and allow yourself to slip into a day dream.

We can all day dream, we're hard-wired to do so. There's no connecting to another energy telepathically. You are flying solo. However -- someone can join you.

What?? What did I just say? Someone can join you during day dream sex/masturbation?

Yep!

How do they?

When a person day dreams (regardless if there is self love involved or not) it sends their brain and energy body into an almost meditative state. Being in this almost state elevates your energy body's vibrations and therefore attracts astral bodies to you. So someone else could engage in astral sex with you while you are day dream masturbating.

Since you are still consciously aware what is going on - you can allow the astral energy to join you or refuse them. You are in control of that decision.

OBE Sex, Sexual Urges and Creativity

Obe Sex, sexual energy and creativity are intertwined. If you have one, you have all. Why? Because they are located in the same power center - the Sacral Chakra. When you open up/excite the chakra, all will flow though. However, it is difficult to channel creativity into an artistic form (as with me - writing) when all you want to do is have sex.

One way to handle this is to have OBE, partner or solo sex. But as much fun and health benefiting as this is - this can get exhausting and make your projects take a back seat for a very long time.

I know this all from not only studying energy, but by experiencing this for the last 25 yrs. I've come up with a solution that not only helps you channel your creativity but also leads to orgasmic bliss. See - you can have the best of both worlds!

The key is moderation. That is - moderation in sexual output. It's much more difficult than it sounds :)

When you find your Sacral Chakra operating at optimal, you are 1st going to notice that you are sexually turned on.

Instead of taking care of your sexual urge right away, do:

Take your focus off of sex and onto your project. This takes practice and a lot of concentration.
Give yourself a goal. Either write/paint/create for 30 min or until you write x number of words, etc.... whatever works for you.
Once that goal is met - have sex - obe, partner or solo.
Go back to creating - this time for 60 min or another goal.
Give yourself permission to have sex.
Go back to creating - this time for 120 min or another goal.
Give yourself permission to have sex.
Go back to creating - this time for 240 min (4 hrs) or another goal.
Give yourself permission to call it a night and have as much sex as you want:)

As time goes on, you can train yourself to work for hours between sexual breaks - all the way up to not taking a sex break until you are done for the day (or have one to start your day and then create the rest of the time).

OBE Sex Is A Two-Way Street!

OBE sex is the exchange of energy between at least two willing souls. But if one soul is doing all of the giving and not getting much in return, then the OBE relationship is one-sided and draining. Just as in a physical relationship, it takes two to have sexual relations and to keep the relationship alive. A one-sided relationship is stressful and draining. No one needs to put themselves in that position.

So what happens if you find yourself in this situation? You have two choices:

1. Tell the other party how you feel and ask for change.
2. Break up.

Now if this were a physical relationship - doing either - while not pleasant, you pick up a phone and you open your mouth. Easy.

In an OBE sex relationship you already have an energy connection with the person - so now all you do is send a message telepathically.

Focus in on your partner - imagine every detail about them - including their environment clothes, hair, mood, etc....
Send the white light that is around you to them. Think of it as you two are now encased in a big white bubble.
Wait for the physical sign that you are connected: solar plexus chakra could vibrate or feel "odd", you could get dizzy, lightheaded, get a headache, etc... Whatever the sign is that is unique to you - it will come on sudden.
In simple terms tell them that I break up or that you need your feelings & energy reciprocated.
Bring the white energy back to you.

If nothing changes then you will have to break off contact. It's too draining to you to do anything else. When you stop contact, they will reach out. If someone has been getting something for nothing and then that something is taken away -- they will want it back. Human nature.

Up to you what you do. But to stop them from connecting you can say "No" when you feel their energy. You can "push" them away with your thoughts. You can also have Archangel Micheal come in and cut the ethereal cords that bind the two of you together - then Archangel Rapheal come in and heal the wounds where the cords once were located.

Dream Sex, A Kiss and A Georgia Peach!

Will was back again last night. As I was falling asleep he connected to me telepathically when I was walking down my dream path and towards my dream gate. He kept it simple - said hi and I'll see you soon. Any time I feel his energy I cannot help but smile.

The next thing I knew he and I were in a shared dream lying on a raft made of logs tied together with twine. Breathing is an important part of OBE sex. Yes, I also know it's crucial to living :) But in regards to orgasmic sex period - it's beneficial to try this breathing exercise before you engage in any sexual activity. This is a simple exercise.

Orgasmic Breath Exercise

Get comfortable. It doesn't matter if you are sitting or lying down.
Take a deep breath in through your nose on the 1 - 2 - 3 count. As in inhale 1 -2-3.
Hold your breath for 3 seconds 1 - 2 - 3.
Exhale hard for 3 seconds 1 -2 - 3. BUT...
As you exhale through your mouth - IMAGINE and FEEL your breath leaving your body through your Sacral Chakra in an ORANGE array of "smoke" energy.
Do this 9 times.
Sit still for a moment and breathe regularly.
Engage in sexual activity - OBE or physical.

Will is a very sexual being. In a dream sex visit last night - he taught me how this exercise. The difference between what we did and the above exercise is that we were lying naked facing one another so that our Sacral Chakra's were inches away from one another. As the breath was released from our chakra's, it would surround the other person's energy field. So not only were we charging our own sexual energy fields, we were super charging each other.

When our mutually explosive orgasms woke me up - I knew it was a smashing success!

OBE Sex With OBE & Physical Sexual Elixir!

OBE sex and the sex grids - I've had several emails about that grid. Most like it -- and find that it does help with their sex life - both in and out of obe sex.

But I've also had a few emails about a helpful aid to take on the go. In case you travel for work or pleasure. I looked through my notes and to be honest - I had forgotten all about this sexual elixir until now. And now I'll share it with you.

OBE & Physical Sexual Elixir

Need:

1 small glass bowl

1 med glass bowl

1 Moldavite

1 Copper

3 Quartz Crystals (if you could find 1 Faden quartz and 2 Crystals that would be ideal. A Faden is noted by the thread like fibers you can see inside of the crystal).

8 oz of Spring Water

If traveling, two 4 oz bottles with caps.

Directions:

Pour the Spring Water into the med bowl.
In the small bowl place the Moldavite, Copper and 3 Crystals.
Put the small bowl into the med bowl.
Let it set in the moon/sun for 3 days.
Take the charged water and either pour it back into the 8 oz bottle, a glass or the two 4 oz bottles depending on your situation.
Drink up to 4 oz at least 30 min before commencing OBE or physical sexual activity.

If you're not going to drink right away - store. Good for up to 2 months.

OBE Sex Boaster With A OBE & Physical Sex Grid

Out of body sex - orgasmic fun to be a part of - but many people have trouble connecting to experience. I'm always trying to experiment with ways that allow someone to super charge their energy so they can enjoy the experience.

The sex grid below can also be converted into a pyramid if you have titanium alloy shafts and are crafty enough :) But of course then it will probably not fit under your bed.

Even if OBE sex is not your thing - this grid will increase your sexual energy for physical sex!

OBE & Physical Sex Grid

Need:
8 double terminated Crystals
4 pieces of Copper
1 Moldavite
Powdered Sugar
Cayenne Pepper

On a piece of cardboard or other sturdy, flat material:

Place 4 Crystals in the shape of square
Put the 4 Copper in the open corners
Take the last 4 Crystals and put them next to the Copper facing into the center of the square.
Set the Moldavite in the center.
Sprinkle the grid with Powdered Sugar and Cayenne Pepper.

Move the grid under you bed - preferably in the center if you can reach.

The above grid will certainly improve your sex life. But if you find that you are having a difficult time sleeping - replace the Moldavite with Amethyst or Kynite - and you'll sleep. When you need the OBE boast - put back the Moldavite.

Telepathic Sex, Will and an Energy Jolt!

Telepathic sex - yeah baby. So, trippin the light fantastic last night was Will. I haven't "seen" him is soooo long. It was great to feel his energy last night! This man is such a sexually charged machine. Wow. To actually have physical sex with him would probably have me happily exhausted for a week!

Our OBE encounter was brief last night. I was taking my 2nd or 3rd shower of the day (no a/c in this stupid heat) and without warning he was just "there".

Now I know how hard this is to believe unless you've experienced something like this yourself....

Will smiled, for the longest time. Then he leaned in and kissed me softly. His lips felt gentle and soft like a rose petal. I can still feel it - remember it - as vividly now as when it happened.

He pushed in further and deepened the kiss. At that point in time, it felt like someone stuck a ball of fire in my heart chakra as a hot, vibrant and tingling energy started in the middle of my chest and fanned out throughout my body. It happened so fast and it was such a strong feeling that it jolted me out of the connection. He left as quickly as he arrived.

OBE Sex - Combining Love and Sex for Orgasmic Bliss!

OBE sex world - It's been a rough few weeks - I'm not gonna lie. I wish I could make up something really cool happening - but alas - no such luck. My hope is that what has transpired stays in the past. Now back to OBE sex business!

So.....

How is the OBE'ing coming along? I haven't had much time or energy to really get out there lately - so I'm relying on stories from you guys! Come on -- let me know what's happening so I can temp live through your experiences instead of the other way around!

Until that time where I have some action to share or you share your action with me...this will have to do!

Heart Chakra Exercise

Every chakra has a front and back entrance. Normally direct opposite of each other.

Directly prior to your OBE sex experience:

Sit comfortably crossed legged on the floor. If this is not possible due to physical limitations - sit in a position that is comfortable to you.
Close your eyes.
Extend your arms out from your body - elbows at your side. Press your index finger and thumb together in each hand and hold.
Take a couple of deep breaths. Slowly exhale each time.
Imagine a small ball of green light hovering in front of heart chakra (located in the middle of your chest - see above picture. Heart chakra is green).
See and feel yourself push the small green ball through the front of the heart chakra through you - and out the back.
Bring the small ball back by it entering the back chakra through the body and out the front chakra.
Keep pushing the small ball of light back and forth with each trip making the ball grow. The goal is to make the ball of light as big as you.
When the ball of light is as big or bigger than you - take your concentration off of imagining it going through the heart chakra and instead place the focus on your whole body.
When the large ball of light passes through your whole body it is not going through a specific chakra. It's going through all of your cells.
Push the ball through your body for up to 5 min.
Engage in the OBE sex method of choice.

What's the purpose of this above exercise? Energy is powerful. It's also magnetic. When you do this exercise you are flooding your energy with heart felt love. No matter who you are engaging in OBE sex with - add the powerful emotion of love with the high intensity of sex -- and you have a win win!

A question that I have gotten over the last several days (same question asked by different people) is why do people meet up via OBE sex and have the experience if neither one sought the other one out?

Somebody always has to seek the other person out - but they don't have to know exactly who that person is in reality. For example - if I dreamed about a man with blue eyes that looked about 6 ft with dark hair. I would hone in on the physical features I remembered along with his energy. Even though I wouldn't know it's Dave who works for Microsoft in accounting - the universe would know and sync us up. Now since we were in a dream or two together (that I would consciously remember at least), our souls already know one another and he would automatically allow me entrance to his energy. After being allowed into his energy - he then does have the free will to say go away. He doesn't have to know it's me all he has to do is not to currently want the sexual energy.

The universe never randomly puts two energies together. There's always a purpose. Usually that purpose is a past life connection.

Another question I had -- when two people have intense sexual encounters - both parties have to know what's going on - right?

Wrong. I wish. With OBE sex all one has to be consciously aware of is the sexual excitement - whether it's just a physical tingle or a full blown orgasm. Unless they know about OBE sex and accept it as a possibility - then they may think that they are in the midst of a fantasy and that is where the sexual urge came from.

Until more people realize what OBE sex is and how to tell that you are experiencing it - people will confuse it with fantasy or it was just their imagination and shrug it off.

Had an idea for a local fair in 2012 - preferably in Feb before Valentines Day...a fair about love and relationships. Attendees could visit vendors - go to workshops about spicing up a relationship, strengthening a relationship, dating, online dating, sex, etc...There would be experts on love, sex, romance and dating (therapists, counselors, coaches, authors) along with psychics and vendors that have products/services related to love/relationships. There would be a set number of each category allowed in - so maybe at 1st 5 counselors, 5 coaches, 4 romance party reps, 5 authors, 5 stores, 5 fetish (swingers, BDSM, etc..) groups/clubs, 10 psychics.....and as the fair grows so do the amount of each category I allow in. Love, sex, relationship & romance workshops. What do you think?I have no idea how to set up something like this. I tried to find a web site or book that could give me some info -- no such luck. OBE Sex vs Fantasy During Masturbation!

I'm psyched that this week I should be bringing a new OBE sex blogger on board. This way you can hear another POV in regards to OBE sex!

I'm not sure why there is a surge in interest (from the emails I get) about masturbation and OBE sex. How does one know if they are connected to another person during masturbation or if it's a really good fantasy?

Here's how:

Masturbation isn't required to achieve an orgasm with OBE sex. Although for the first time or two, people feel more comfortable masturbating along with an OBE connection to achieve an orgasm.
In a fantasy you can change the rules on the fly without the rules being changed back or shifted to something else. For example - if I'm in a fantasy with Harrison Ford and I want him in his Indiana Jones gear during sex I could make it so and he would stay that way. If I was OBE connected to Harry - he could remove the Indy gear and put on his Han Solo costume without me wanting him to do so.
OBE sex gives you a much more intense orgasm than fantasy will.
You will be able to feel some sort of sensation (burning, vibration, tingle, tickle, etc..) in your sacral chakra during OBE sex. No sensations at all would be felt there during a fantasy.

Over the last several weeks I've had a few people email me about OBE sex and the sex coaching I do. How does it all work? What can one expect? I revamped the Sex Coaching page somewhat in order to answer some of the concerns.

One of the most frequent questions I get is if I engage in OBE sex with my clients. The answer is simple - no I don't. I can however, be a passive observer to help you with your techniques.

The other night I was too lazy to do anything but not tired enough to fall asleep. I decided to embark on astral sex.

After astral separation, I noticed a hooded man wearing a deep purple cloak standing next to my bed watching me sleep. I should have been angry - or maybe even scared - but I was neither. Even though I had no clue who this energy was - I could sense he meant no harm. He glanced over at my astral self - nodded and disappeared.

I then imagined myself being somewhere that was nothing but water. Next thing you know I'm underwater moving around like Aquawoman. From my right came this bright white glow. I turned and it moved towards a cavern. I heard it tell me to follow. So I did.

Next thing I remember I'm in this cavern with the guy who was next to my bed! The underwater white light was him! He asked me to stay in body form - I did. His left hand then turned into a energy rod that he entered into my sacral chakra. It felt like my body was an energy conductor. A series of strong energy pulses originated from the sacral chakra and fanned out. He then pushed further in, and then down and held it for a few seconds. I could feel the energy building even stronger. Right when I thought I couldn't take the energetic excitement any more - he twisted the energy rod clockwise -- that gave me the strongest orgasm I have ever had. My astral body slammed back into my physical body as I was riding the orgasmic wave. After multiple orgasms I just laid there and thought - holy shit, what was that?!

Needless to say - I had no problem sleeping.

Actual VS Subconscious Dream Sex

I had a long-time blog reader email me the other day and ask about how do you know that the sex you just had in your dream was actual dream sex with another person and not the subconscious showing you a sexual experience you'd like to play out in the waking world but for one reason or not it cannot happen.

I thought that was a good question!

When it's a sexual experience your subconscious lays out the groundwork (person, situation, setting). But as you are participating in the sexual situation, while it may turn you on sexually, it feels more like you are having sex with a blow up doll than an actual person. The overt sensations that one should experience during sex are not there - even if kissing and/or penetration can be felt.When you wake up you can vague remember what happened - but as the day passes it becomes more of a distant memory.

When it's an actual dream sex experience with you and another soul participating in the same sexual situation - one or both of you choose the setting and situation. During the sexual act it feels like that person is right there with you. The sexual sensations are vivid - tangible. An orgasm can jolt you awake or you can awaken because of something else and the feeling of being sexual turned on needs to be take care of. The memories of the sexual experience stay with you through out the day. They are easily retrievable. You may not remember everything there is to remember about the experience - but by the time 5:00 pm hits you still remember everything you did at 6:00 am. Plus you can still feel their lips on yours - feel them inside of you -- the softness of their breasts, etc....

OBE Sex: Allie's Atlantis Project

You know the adrenalin rush you feel when you get a "knowing" that you have to do something (besides eat, sleep and go to the bathroom)? I finally had that feeling the other day on a project I've been putting off for most of my life.

It's rather difficult to put an idea out there for the world to see when there's a high chance of probability it will get crushed. But that is exactly what I did last night with my Atlantis project.

What does my project have to do with you? It's simple - everything that is basic OBE - lucid dreaming, astral travel and telepathic connection will be folded into Atlantis - along with out of body sex. It's all good!

Telepathic Sex can Save A Relationship!

Telepathic sex can help to rejuvenate a relationship before either of you step into the bedroom. How? Glad you asked (of course I would have told you anyways - I'm like that).

When we meet someone we're attracted to for the 1st or 2nd time we can't help but think about having sex with them - or at the least - kissing them. The thoughts and day dreams get us so caught up during the time apart - that when we do see them all we really want to do is @uck like bunnies. Most mutually interested relationships start like this. Then as time goes on what happens? Either the relationship is transitioning from infatuation to love or there isn't any depth there and it just starts to stall out. That's because as you were immersed in the day dreams of having sex with your honey - you were also telepathically connected to them (and they to you). Once the day dreams stopped - so did the connection and therefore so did the thoughts - AKA foreplay - stop. So when you saw one another it took a lot more effort to get the home fires burning - if you catch my drift. And the ball keeps rolling...

When this happens then there are thoughts that the other person doesn't love us or find us attractive. So we're either depressed and stay that way - or we go out and find someone who gets those @uck like bunnies feelings moving again.

And guess what happens when you meet that person? Back to square one with day dreaming about sex. Then sex happens more often because you're each ready for it to happen upon seeing one another.

Now yes - there is more to a relationship than sex. But sexual intimacy is a crucial part of a relationship that usually the 1st to go.

So the next time you see your sex life waning with your partner - give telepathic sex a try. Allow yourself to day dream and connect to your partner - allow yourself to feel the sexual urges. Then show your partner how much you want him or her when you see them later on that night.

FYI - this only works if you are sexually thinking of your partner. Getting hot and horny by thinking about someone else and then trying to get your partner to satisfy you physically will not work.

OBE Sex: Energy Signatures and Fingerprints

Rick and I are connected telepathically today. I can feel him kissing me. I can actually feel his lips on me. Now I know how that sounds to someone who has never experienced OBE sex or telepathic sex. It sounds a bit whacked. If I didn't think it sounded a bit kooky - then you should be worried that I am off my rocker. See the insane always think they're sane. So if this happens to you and you think you must be crazy - then you're not. See how that works?

So how do I know it's Rick and not some Joe Blow from Timbuktu? I know I've covered this before - but it bares not only repeating - but going a bit more in depth.

Just like we all have unique fingerprints we also all have a unique energy signatures. People can sandpaper their fingerprints off. But you can't remove an energy signature. Sure it can gain in strength - both positive and negative - shift as the human hopefully learns lessons and grows. What a person can't change is the foundation of their energy - their soul's core.

When you meet someone or sense someone - what is your 1st impression. How does their energy make you feel? Happy? Sad? Horny? Loved?

What else can you sense or feel about the energy? Does it feel smooth? Spiky? Erratic? Powerful? Weak? Aggressive? Peaceful? Intuitive? Energized? Tired?

A soul's energy never makes you feel only one thing. Fingerprints do not have only one ridge - neither do energy signatures. You have to be mindful of how all the layers interact and how their combined attributes make you feel.

When you are in OBE land, you can find a soul that makes you horny as hell and could energize the pants off of you. They could appear to be someone new or like an old friend. But at the same time there's something off - a prickly feeling, a heavy feeling -- something doesn't feel right. Then it hits you - this person feels or looks like Person F but he or she is really Person C that you told to bugger off! You then immediately know not to allow this energy to go any further with you.

That's the thing about OBE and energy - it can be manipulated to appear to be something that it is not - but it cannot cover all of it's tracks. It cannot change the core of who it is. THAT is what you pay attention to.

This is how I know when it's Rick and not let's say - Todd. Rick is wisdom, peace, trust, friendship and love and his core. When he shows up it's calm around me - throughout my body. Todd has intuition, high energy, goofiness, carefree and trust at his core. When it's him it's an instant zing when he arrives - I can't be tired when his energy is around.

Practice with people you know. See how you feel or what you sense when they are around - or you get an email from them - a phone call. Everything that is connected to them carries their energy with it. Once you get the hang of identifying people you do know, then it will be easier to identify the soul's you meet via OBE.
