The Energy Body and Chakras
What Is The Energy Body?
It is generally believed among those who experience OBE and/or who do energy
healing that humans have 3 energy planes and 7 energy fields that make up the
energy body.
SPIRITUAL
PLANE
The Archetypal energy field contains our
soul's copy of our Akasha Records: what we've done, we're we've been and
the current map of our destiny in this lifetime. It is a road map of the
things you must do - the Destiny Markers you must hit. The archetypical
level dwells in our subconscious and can be accessed by turning inward and
listening to our soul.
The Spiritual energy field reflects our boundless energy
into our psychological, social, and physical realities. It projects and
responds to the balance and alignment of all energy levels. The balancing energy
acts as wholeness and moves through the chakras and levels as a process of
breathing. Each of the other energy levels is a connector for spiritual energy -
as the energy levels are balanced, the spiritual energy field becomes more
evident.
The Mental energy field builds our relationship to our Destiny
Markers, past and present karma/karmic connections, and inner life. It reflects
our beliefs, concepts, and attitudes. We shape our reality with our minds --
this is why our thought process is so incredibly important and vital. Our feelings
and emotions help to shape our reality - but our thought is where the
emotions and feelings spring from.
ASTRAL PLANE (Bridges the Spiritual & Physical Planes)
The Astral energy field has dual purposes.
First this is the medium through which we create and experience our OBE. This
energy field can also be the tool to look within and to develop our creative
side. Intention, positive self-image, visual learning, visualization and
healing, manifestation and success are generated and reflected in this energy
level. When one uses drugs (illegal and prescribed) they interfere with this
energy level and gives the person a feeling of disconnect. For those who say
that using drugs gives them a greater OBE experiences are actually experiencing
the delusional affect that drugs have on this energy field. This field is also
where obsessions are generated and reflected. To mess up this energy level gives
a person a feeling of disconnect and shuts them off from their soul's purpose.
PHYSICAL PLANE
The Emotional energy field carries
the luggage of our feelings and emotional projection and response. It keeps
track of our every emotional need and the feelings these emotions produce.
Emotions give power to our beliefs and judgments and the drive to pursue
our dreams. The emotional energy field is also the source of passion,
sexual drive and our loving heart that heals and forgives.
The Etheric energy field is a blueprint or energy archetype for
the physical body. It creates and maintains the body form. This is where one
would find energy meridians and chakras. If the energy of the etheric energy
field is blocked or out of balance, the physical body will reflect this -
and show it as a physical disease.
The Physical energy field reflects physical trauma, cell
memory, physical health, and physiological beliefs and emotions. It is a direct
reflection of the Etheric energy field.
A Basic Overview of Chakras:
The chakras are special energy centers that connect us to the
Divine and multi-layered universe. They can be considered dimensional portals
within our subtle bodies that takes in and processes high vibrational energy so
that it can be utilized and used to transform the physical body. They contribute
a type of undetectable energy to specific parts of the body. This cosmic energy
(sometimes referred to as prana) is a manifestation of the life-force. We need
to keep an uninhibited flow of energy through our chakras to help maintain the
vitality of our physical bodies. Our chakras are also much more than passive
electrical devices of our subtle bodies - they are actual organs of psychic
perception. In addition to assisting us with psychic perception, they also are
each associated with different emotional and spiritual issues in your
development of human consciousness.
We have seven major and many minors chakras that make up our energy
superhighway. White light/high vibrations enter us at the top charka at the top
of our head and travel all the way down to the last major charka located at the
base of our spine.
Whew! See why they are so important to keep open and clean? When one chakra is
blocked, it stops the flow of energy to the other chakras. Think of it as your
own personal energy jam. When this happens we lose our vitality, energy, natural
psychic senses, our emotions are haywire and illness is prevalent.
Next I'm going to name the major charka, location, color association, physical
responsibly, inner aspects and spirituality. I'm going to start at the bottom
and work up.
1) ROOT: Base of Spine, Red, Reproductive, Grounding, Passion, Aggression,
Kundalini (our life-force)
2) SACRAL: Below Naval, Orange, Genitourinary, Emotion & Sexuality, Prana
3) SOLAR PLEXUS: Upper Abdomen, Yellow, Digestive, Personal Power, Attraction,
Lower Astral
4) HEART: Mid Chest, Green, Circulatory, Love, Higher Astral
5) THROAT: Neck, Blue, Respiratory, Communication & Will, Lower Mental
6) THIRD EYE: Middle of Forehead, Indigo, Autonomic Nervous System Intuitive
& Inner Vision, Telepathic, Higher Spiritual Forces
7) CROWN: Top of Head, Violet, CNS Central Control (Nervous System), Spiritual
